The Jaimathang people (also spelled Dhaimbahtang, Yaitmathang, or Jaitmathang) are an Aboriginal group traditionally from the Alpine region of northeastern Victoria, Australia. Their ancestral lands include parts of what is now the Victorian High Country, including the Bogong High Plains and surrounding areas near Mount Bogong, the highest mountain in Victoria. But our favorite thing is their dance!
