Savimbo is committed to an open, transparent process for continuous improvement, community feedback, and dispute resolution arising from our operations. For all community concerns please fill in the form to the right which is monitored by our Community Oversight Committee.
The committee includes representatives from IP and LC enrolled in project(s), IP and LC independent of the project, an independent legal council, independent technical advisors (ie. data rights), and other key project stakeholders
Submission: Disputes must be submitted via the public form on this page. This submission can be anonymous.
Investigation: All grievances will be investigated by a representative of the Community Oversight Committee with assistance from a specialized member of the independent team if necessary.
Mediation: In case of conflict, mediation between the involved parties will be conducted in a bilingual forum before considering more formal actions.
Transparency: All involved parties will be informed about the progress and outcomes of the investigation and mediation.
